How it's made

Made the slow way, a few gallons at a time.

No factory line and no warehouse — when a batch runs out, we brew the next one.

STEP 01

Brew

Turmeric, ginger and the other roots and spices simmer together in small pots — never more than a few gallons at once.

STEP 02

Bottle

The finished brew is poured into gallon jugs, sealed, and moved straight into the chiller.

STEP 03

Stamp

Every jug gets its batch date and best-by written by hand before it leaves the house in Petesa Tai.

Who we are

The house behind the gallon.

Tipa Wellness is a small operation in Petesa Tai, Pago Pago — no factory line, no warehouse, no middleman. Every gallon of Tasiaeafe is brewed here by hand, then carried to health expos across Tutuila or handed over at the door.

It began as founder Tofa Sualauvi Su‘a's own daily habit — a herbal drink from local plants, rooted in Samoan tradition, that restored his energy and became a calling. Today he brews it with his son Saifoloi, in honor of his eldest son Tipa's memory and legacy — the name the company carries.

The people who brew it are the people who answer the phone.
